Considering the possibility of individual adjustment of computer screen settings, differences in the way the human eye perceives colors, etc., Leoncino d.o.o. does not guarantee complete conformity of product colors with the colors displayed on the computer screen. In the event of a complaint, you cannot refer to a photo of the product if it is accompanied by the description “different colors”, “different sizes”, “different shapes” and similar statements that imply that the product may differ from the picture.
2. 2. Ordering goods is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:00. You choose the products from the catalog of the online store www.leone1947.hr, which is arranged according to the type and name of the items of the store Leoncino d.o.o., the offer is continuously replenished.
3. 3. Leoncino d.o.o. is not responsible for the costs of using computer equipment and telecommunications services required to access the services.
4. 4. Product orders are made electronically. Click with the mouse on the “Add to cart” icon, the selected product is saved in the shopping cart, and by clicking on the “Add to cart and buy” icon, the product is ordered immediately. By clicking on the “View cart” icon, you can view all selected products, and by clicking on the “Order” icon, the order is placed. Products are ordered at the moment they go through the entire order process.
5. 5. By placing the product in the basket, the product is not reserved.
6. 6. There are two fields for entering the address in the purchase form. If the customer fills in only one of them, it is understood that the delivery address is the same as the address of the orderer/payer.
7. 7. An order confirmation entitled “www.leone1947.hr” will be sent to the e-mail address with which the registration was made, which confirms that the order has been received, with information about:

Leoncino d.o.o. as the seller and the person to whom objections can be made;
Ordered products and their name;
Product prices, including all taxes and other duties;
Product delivery costs;
Selected payment method

After receiving the order, the administrator checks all the items of the order, the availability of the items, and then sends the customer a delivery confirmation, or in case some items are not available, contacts the customer via e-mail and informs about the same, and offers replacement products in the same amount or reduces order amount.
9. 9. In the event that Leoncino d.o.o. is unable to deliver any of the ordered products for any reason, the operator will contact you by phone or e-mail for the purpose of agreeing on the delivery of a replacement product or possible cancellation of the ordered product.
10. 10. If you have not received an order confirmation by e-mail within 24 hours of submitting the order or the products have not been delivered to you in the manner specified in the e-mail, please contact the e-mail address info@leone1947.hr from Monday to Friday from 09 :00 to 16:00 hours.

12. 12. The cost of delivery (for ordered products with a value of less than EUR 99.00) is additionally included in the price according to the price list published on the website of the online store.

The sales contract is concluded at the moment of receipt of payment.

2. 2. If you pay by credit card, your data is protected by the WSPay system. This means that neither Leoncino d.o.o. neither WSPay have insight into your card number, only the card company and the credit card owner have it.

TERMS OF SALE
These terms of sale define the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering and claiming goods offered on our website. The supplier (Seller) of the products offered on the website www.leone1947.hr is Leoncino d.o.o., Hrvatske republike 17b, 31000 Osijek, and the Buyer of the goods is a visitor to the website who selects at least one product, fills out the electronic order form and sends it to the Seller.

In the event of a system error, Leoncino d.o.o. they are not obliged to process the incorrect order and deliver the product.

Please note that the purchase of products in the name and on behalf of a minor or a person completely incapable of doing business can only be requested by their legal representatives, that is, persons with partial business ability can only request the purchase of products with the consent of their legal representative.
